The final farewell. A piece sculpted by me inspired by Victorian era brooches and handshake symbolism found of old headstones. A goodbye, and sign of friendship or partnership. A see you again sometime. Sculpted and carved with the thoughts of all the great artists who created handshake pieces before me.
Measures 2.5" long
The final farewell is cast in fine, lead free pewter. Then blackened and polished all by me.
Pewter is a wonderful metal I came across more in depth when researching materials used in the past. There's no lead or nickel and is a metal with an extremely low rate of allergy. Never plated.
